Born and raised in La Maddalena, James lived 11 years in the United States, including 7 in New York, and 2 between England and the Netherlands, developing a deep understanding of international markets and the best practices of the global real estate industry.
This dual heritage, Italian and American, is the DNA of our agency: we combine the warm hospitality and in-depth knowledge of the Sardinian territory with the professionalism, transparency, and efficiency typical of the Anglo-Saxon approach.
After a few years of activity, Marco Spagnolo joined the Group, first as a collaborator and later as a partner, bringing great quality to the growth project. Marco also lived 6 years in Milan and 12 years in England, an experience that allowed him to develop an open vision and a working method focused on operational excellence and attention to detail.
