He spent thirteen years abroad, living in New Jersey, New York, England, and briefly in the Netherlands. This international immersion shaped him not only culturally but also professionally. His career began in the hospitality and restaurant industry, where he held high-level managerial roles. His education was enriched by a prestigious Anglo-Saxon business school, where he learned the core principles of business success: diversification, innovation, and attention to detail.
Upon returning to Italy, Patrick joined a real estate agency and discovered a new passion: the property market. After three years of intense collaboration, he decided to become independent and founded Immobiliare Murphy. The company quickly stood out for its professionalism and results, earning a prominent position in the La Maddalena Island market. By its third year, Immobiliare Murphy was managing over 150 vacation rentals, becoming a local benchmark.
To meet the market’s growing and diverse demands, Patrick co-founded Murphy Group & Co SRL with Marco Spagnolo—a parallel structure focused on the professional management of summer rentals, with a sharp focus on economic return (ROI) for each client.
The constant evolution of the market and the need to offer increasingly specialized services pushed him to broaden his entrepreneurial scope, creating new operational and consulting opportunities.
Thanks to the international network built over the years—especially during his seven years in New York—and his in-depth knowledge of real estate, Patrick founded Murphy Consulting alongside Marco Spagnolo.
